Arbinger is a worldwide institution that helps organisations, families, individuals, and communities solve the problems and conflicts created by self-deception. Their first book, Leadership and Self-Deception, published in 2000, quickly became an international bestseller. Launched with no fanfare when Arbinger and its work were little known, the book generated extraordinary word-of-mouth momentum. The Anatomy of Peace was then written to meet demand for a book that explored their work more deeply. We're honoured to have Arbinger form a back-drop to our events and workshops and to have them directly design and facilitate the Arbinger Café structured get-togethers.
