The typical cost of commissioning a Café of Ideas event is £6,000. This assumes fifty particpants and may vary slightly for a different number of participants. If you require celebrity panellists then there will be the extra costs associated with negotiating and paying their fees. The breakdown below assumes no celebrity panellists.
