Cost of Commissioning an Event

The typical cost of commissioning a Café of Ideas event is £6,000. This assumes fifty particpants and may vary slightly for a different number of participants. If you require celebrity panellists then there will be the extra costs associated with negotiating and paying their fees. A breakdown of all services included in the price is given below.

£300 bar tab
Professional photographer for a record of the event
Post event follow-up and evaluation of participants
